Wings is the story of Laurel, the girl who has such a shocking past, that she doesn't even know about it until a flower bursts from her back. She's just moved into town and her first year at school has begun( and I mean first, she was home schooled). Laurel, with the help of her friend, finds that she is a fairy. She goes back to the house they left to clear things out and Laurel meets Tamani in the forest behind the house, the one she had to roam for years. Tamani saw her blossom, but he's not surprised.
